Your heart will get stronger, your bones get stronger, Walking also eases stress, helps you sleep better, and can boost your outlook on life. 
      
      Before you start walking a pair of shoes is all the equipment you really need. Any shoes or trainers that are comfortable, provide adequate support and dont cause blisters will do. Wear loose fitting clothing that follows you move freely. While your going walk its better to take some water, healthy snacks a spare top, sunscreen and a sunhat in a small backpack.

     While your going to start walking start slowly and try to build your walking regime gradually. To get the health benefits from walking, It needs to be moderate intensity aerobic activity. In other words it needs to be faster than a stroll. Make a goal to walk 10,000 steps daily. Regularly people may walk nearly 3000-4000 steps a day anyway. You can break up your activity into 10 minute chunks, as long as your are doing your activity at a moderate intensity.
